Survey Innovation takes privacy and data security very seriously. This privacy statement is in two parts. The first part describes the data we collect from you through this website and how we use it. The second part describes how we store and secure the data that we collect when you conduct surveys.

Website Data

Personal data is collected through this website either if you complete those questions in the Visitor Demonstration Questionnaire that ask for your basic contact details, or if you choose to contact us by e-mail, via the 'Contact Us' page or if your become a Partner (reseller). Within the questionnaire you are under no obligation to give this data and we ask your permission first, at the appropriate place. If you choose not to give your contact details, we hope you will complete the rest of the Visitor Demonstration questionnaire, as this will help us to identify and monitor trends in the use of surveys in general and on-line surveys in particular. Personal data in all cases is limited to basic contact details so that we can contact you by telephone, e-mail, fax or post.Your data will be transmitted to us through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption at the highest level (128 bits), thereby ensuring that the transmission cannot be intercepted. You personal data is retained by us and is not shared with any third party.

Survey Data

When you use SurveySwift to conduct your own surveys, the responses are stored on the servers of CJudge SAS, the Paris based company that developed SurveySwift.

Your survey data is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
